1) Liberals don’t want or support communism, so this is nonsense. 2) Even if end stage communism were unachievable (and I don’t think that it is), it is still worth approximating as well as possible.

I am very liberal and I agree with you. But I also know the history of revolutions and we are going to see violence if progressive changes cannot be made peacefully and rights continue to be eroded.

They only care about the rights they agree with. Not all of them. They’ll throw rights in your face all day long but the second they disagree with it they’ll ban it. I’ve heard liberals say only college educated people should get to vote. They’re not for the people, they’re for the elites they agree with.
