All for the changes, just not the reasoning behind them. He’s using this as a cheap and insulting “vote for me” grab because he knows he’s cooked unless he pulls off more bullshit. A spineless and desperate conman through and through, willing to do whatever it takes to make more money and power over others before his nearing demise

I’m not against it at all, just wanting to point out the timing with the mid terms coming up and his recent public shock/outrage at his approval ratings. He’s pampering to our whims to yank it back once he secures his power fantasy again

The mid terms are coming up very soon, and he continues to talk about a third term. That and if he doesn’t run his movement will still put someone forward, he’s trying to appeal to more voters on the left while literally saying the other day that his goal is to make it so the left never wins another election ever. This is just the most obvious “I promise ‘x’ but when you give me power I’ll keep taking away ‘x’ even though I promised not to”
