You can’t call out a right winger for celebrating or poking fun when someone dies to gun violence. And then turn around and do the same thing when the victim is a right winger I’m not saying “ when they go low, we go high” but what good is it when everyone goes low?

the issue is the victim wasn’t just “a right winger” the victim was a neo nazi who very prominently encouraged and incited political violence to an audience of millions. this is not some random dude, this is like a step down from if Goebbels got assassinated basically (since instead of one propagandist, MAGA has many)

i’d say when you’re inciting genocidal violence that’s a fair bar. and for the record i don’t think he should be killed, this is a tragedy for the health of the country. i just don’t think it’s sad that he’s dead. the same way people weren’t sad when margaret thatcher died, or ronald reagan. because he is a monster of a person and is now burning in hell. people whose entire lives were dedicated to literally harming others for personal gain, don’t deserve to be mourned
