No, there are just some (presumably troll) accounts that spam pro-Israel or pro-Russia posts every few hours. I’d advise just blocking them, but they either make a new account or otherwise get around it every few days so you’ll have to redo the blocks.

All their posts follow the same basic format, usually a liberal sprinkling of flag emojis along with bad grammar and shortened versions of words. There are also occasional spams of pro-Iran posts that follow the same format, not sure if it is the same poster or a copycat troll:
