Look up the "Racial Invariance" Thesis (Sampson & Wilson, 1995). They proved that when whites and blacks live under the exact same socioeconomic conditions (economic deprivation and social isolation), their behavioral adaptations are the same

No way redlining causes that much of a disparity. You seem to be suggesting the rates should be the same right? So that would mean ~75% (being generous here) of those homocides were wrongful convictions of black americans. That’s your implication.
