For me I listen to all kinds of shit but I finally tried getting into Destroyer and maaaaan that mf knows who to mix a good song. “Kaputt” is one of the prettiest and most lush sounding songs I’ve ever heard

My favorite new wave album is pretty basic but it would probably be Violator by Depeche Mode, crazy that they put this out in the early 90’s when new wave was sort of a thing of the past at that point and yet it was still a hit just because it’s one of the best to ever do it
