Ngl I don’t think any country is the ‘greatest’ in the world. They either lack power or they’re in some way an immoral country

I don’t mean they have to think the same way I just mean that to get to a point of extreme global influence, they probably had to do something bad at some point. Ie most of Europe were colonizers at some point
