The poor have been taught that life is a struggle. And so they struggle, and they’re okay with it. Not knowing that there’s no real reason to struggle in this age of excess resources and technology. We can all have everything that we need, but the rich are safeguarding it, because they can use it to become more rich, and avoid doing more work themselves. Because “that’s what they deserve”.

And because “struggling is our lot in life”. We are fundamentally lesser in their eyes. And we always will be. They don’t understand equality, they don’t have a concept of it. “Yeah, they’re people too, but… they’re not like us rich people”.
