Honestly interacting more and more with left wing people and taking some political science classes really made me realize how astonishingly out of touch conservatives are when they use the word liberal. Conservatives call socialists liberals and call liberals socialists when both of those groups use it as an insult against each other. And like a significant number of conservative politicians are neoliberals.
