 So wait, we DIDN'T gain jobs in May and June? Then why did they say we did? Something's screwy here.

Jobs numbers always get adjusted after the initial report. Usually not by THAT much. But there are always some delays in reporting/tabulation but I wouldn’t be surprised if staffing issues at the BLS are part of why

I know they get adjusted afterwards but that's quite the adjustment to make. Hopefully these cuts aren't gonna cause more staffing issues.
