Still baffles the mind how that’s not illegal. Like it’s not a loophole… it’s just legal. Only thing you can’t gerrymander on is “directly based on race”

Well there’s some evidence they may be able to use in court that these maps are racially bound, there is a path for the democrats to win in court here, but it’s a hard fight
