They were almost the same. Yk prior to being considered white a lot of Italians in the south were forced to live in majority black ghettos. Because of the mixing of ppl, it led to a swap in cultures so here in Louisiana a lot of ppl eat fried fish with their pastas. It’s actually pretty cool to learn about that, sad it had to happen that way tho..

Oh I actually had never heard about that. In an archaeology class we had an interesting section on the archaeology of New Orleans. It detailed how German, Irish, black, Italian, and Jewish communities lived in close proximity, and how segregation was created to dismantle cross-racial labor activism.

Pretty much so. It’s easier to control ppl whenever everyone is divided. So let’s keep pushing black and brown ppl are the enemy and not the pedophilic bourgeoisie running the government and taking all the wealth in America
