You mean the war that’s had a record low friendly casualties and a record high enemy casualties with a fraction of the cost… and I mean FRACTION of the cost of the previous two wars? (Minus Venezuela but don’t even get me started on the stats there) People focus on the the opposing nation’s civilian casualties and rightfully so, no mistakes is what we should aim for, but watching what doing that took out of one of my former roommates and hearing him get grilled over it after they just 1/2

2/2 Venezuela and were working 70 hour weeks. The fucking pizza shop near the pentagon may as well have been responsible for the amount of stress they were under when that error was made. It’s tragic… don’t get me wrong, but the hubris people must have to be like “I don’t think they handled that well.” Is baffling.

like I don’t get why you keep wanting to justify bombing civilians man. Iran could be actively invading another country and I wouldn’t want to be bombing civilians. The moment you start making excuses for that that’s not a place you want to be.
