Rainier. It’s a Pacific Northwest thing, someone recommended it to me as a replacement for my East Coast favorite, Yuengling. But it’s really not worth it.

As far as Pacific Northwest exclusive beers go, I think Freight is better than Rainier. Rainier is like the PNW’s PBR, not the PNW’s Yueng. The PNW’s Yueng is 100% the damn Freight Lager.

And they sell PBR up here. So it’s like why would I want a repeat of my favorite cheap beer when you sell that same cheap beer? If I want a PBR, I’ll get a case of PBR. If I want a Yuengling, I’m hitting the Freight Lager.

Well I could’ve bought singles but it was just a six pack and we were having a couple of friends over so me and the dude just drank the beers while our girlfriends drank the wine and I simply will not be buying that brand again lmao
