The father is an illegal, ran from ICE and instead the some agents went after him while one stayed with the kid. I did my research and I suggest you do the same

The father is not in fact illegal. They came here through an official port of entry and have an active asylum case. The rest of the stuff has conflicting statements from witnesses. I however, do not believe DHS trying to cover their asses
