Well they want it to. They want to increase anti-semitism in the west to force Jews to move to Israel, especially the white ones as they according to Ehud Barak “would improve Israel’s genetic quality.” They’ve been allying with the far right parties in Europe for some time now, same here. The Aaliyah and birthright trips serve to effectively propagandize a chunk of our own Jewish population, and then using the white supremacists they support to force people on the fence to join them

This is the same playbook they used in Iraq as per Avi Shlaim, they carried out false flag attacks, massive propaganda pushes, and support of radicals to corral the Jewish population that had been there for over 2500 years to leave for Israel.
