Why would guns be the problem? Should we take away cars because people die from them every year?

I am a believer in the second amendment. But the lack of regulation on guns in the United States is the cause of this problem. I’m not saying we take away all guns, but you shouldn’t be able to buy a high capacity gun for any reason, high capacity serves one purpose: to shoot as many people as possible

Yeah I can agree with you there, like a felon shouldn’t be able to buy a gun. Period. You should have no criminal record to buy a gun. But as far as the 2nd amendment goes, if you haven’t done anything, you should be able to buy whatever you want. The main purpose was god forbid the government turns tyrannical we have something to defend ourselves
