Used to roam subways and sketchy areas to beat the shit out of criminals that the police weren’t taking down, or just rereleasing from jail without consequence. Also would try and target gang members, thieves, and organized crime. At least that’s the gist of it. I don’t know too much about it because some ugly stuff started going down, but I know thats what the purpose of the group was for
