This is a serious concern too, like imagine someone leaving their appendicitis untreated because they think it’s just really bad cramps.

This much going wrong during your period is not normal :( have you looked into the possibility of any reproductive conditions like endometriosis? I hope it gets better for you

Yeah i almost certainly have endo, I manage tho! Im only bedridden 2 days a month so it could definelty be worse
