In this economy, fuck that. People work to survive at this point they don’t even enjoy their careers anymore. And especially in the medical field where they’re working 12-14hr shifts sometimes 24hrs, and trump talking ab no back pay?????? Shiiiiii

There are federal employee unions that do give you some protections but thanks to Reagan they can’t protect you from getting fired the moment you go on strike

Doesn’t even matter if they’re essential for operations, Reagan fired 11k air traffic controllers for striking
