Baked turkeys are so mid so if he had only baked then yeah. But fried turkey 😩 not yummy enough for me to eat it but still good

Like it’s good, but idk to me it’s always a strong flavor profile without really adding anything to the meat itself. Like I’m a sucker for Maillard reactions/caramelization but you don’t get that really with smoked food
