The system isn’t a somebody. I was also not taught to be a violent scumbag. And yet there’s a shit ton of men out here being violent scumbags. Men make up 96% of all rape. Men make up 88% of all murders. There is a fundamental drive for men to conceal emotions unless it’s anger, avoid therapy, not talk about their struggles and problems, and then because of that they murder and rape and women are overwhelmingly always the victims.

It’s because we don’t hold men or women to high standards. We give people the freedom to do what they want, and don’t hold people accountable when they fall short

We absolutely hold women to high standards. They are held to the highest standards. Women are held accountable THE MOST out of anyone in society. When women do something bad, the consensus is “this is why we should repeal the 19th” when men do it, the consensus is “uuugh but what about false accusations 😢😢😢 don’t ruin mens lives” and have absolutely no interest in justice for the victims

That’s biology, it is seen in most mammals, male dogs bite more, bulls are far more likely to attack than cows, male sheep are more violent, male elephants attack more, this is because of a brain difference due to hormones and development

Bioessentialism. Treating rape as an innate male trait rather than a behavior shaped by social, cultural, and individual factors. If that’s true, then trans women would commit and equal amount of violence, and that just isn’t true. Calling rape “male biology” normalized rape culture. Hold men responsible for their actions, recognize the social and cultural factors associated with sexual violence, and stop defending rapists

Cont. just because it’s biology doesn’t mean we should do it. If your biology inclines you to rape, then you shouldn’t be allowed in society. If your dog is aggressive towards other people and attacks, usually a judge will issue a court order for the dog to be put down. Men should be held to a higher standard than dogs. If you can train dogs, you can train men. Do better

The reason trans commit less violence on average is because of a significant proportion of the population uses hormone therapy, I am not defending rapists or saying rape is innate and garuntees by male biology, I am saying male biology makes it more likely for rape, this isn’t defending it, I still think rapists should be put to death
