Two elected representatives were shot back in June and everybody forgot about it within a week. People are actively cheering on government oppression of minorities. The president is sending the military and federal law enforcement into cities he doesn’t like. Political violence is so normalized most people don’t notice that it’s already all around them.

Okay so here’s the backlash of the kirk shooting. The republicans called to kill everyone on the left. 6 HBCU’s were locked down due to threats from republicans immediately after. You do see the issues that normalizing and celebrating this shit does right? Its cool when your side is benefiting but the second your side isnt itll become an issue for you.

Those things are happening anyways. The right is already trying to disenfranchise anybody in a minority group or on the left, they have been since trump too power.
