Honestly at this point I would love to see actual reasons to defend choices like defunding health or PragerU. Like I’m asking anyone MAGA to provide any reason to justify some of these. Can you actually defend these and more without deflecting?

Are you referring to increasing the requirements for Medicaid? This was a long time coming and necessary so if you have no physical disadvantages, you actually earn it. With regard to Prageru, that’s a state issue. I’m personally not a fan of Prageru, it’s too liberal for my liking. The only thing Trump has done wrong is support globalist countries like Israel and Ukraine. Stuff like enforcing immigration laws determines the legitimacy of the State.

“If you have no physical disadvantages, you earn it” I work for social security and everyday I talk to people that are applying for SSI because they can’t hold a job due to their schizophrenia or other mental illness, they get hired and fired 2 weeks later 7 times in a row

Necessary for what the budget Trump doesn’t gaf about that? Prageru is too liberal so are you for a politicized public Media? Supporting countries like Ukraine and Israel has been the most cost effective way to fight America’s geopolitical enemies (although I don’t support it fully). Immigration doesn’t determine a states legitimacy the U.S. had essentially open borders since the 1920s. A state gets real legitimacy from its strength of its institutions which on that front Trump has failed.

PragerU is too liberal? The platform that aims to make slavery not seem as bad is too LIBERAL for you? Oh brother😭

I support political media because Man is a political animal by nature. Ukraine and Israel have not been winning. The US passed its hardest immigration act in 1924, weeks only liberalized our immigration policy around 1965, and it’s has undermined the American Ethnos that has stood for two centuries.

They are very lax on most social issues. They still believe in the lie the individualism is a higher good.

What do you mean by lax on social issues for them?

They still have fundamentally libertarian outlook on society, believing we can all live in our own bubbles. They fail to recognize that the state must promote virtue or else it should not exist.

Israel is undeniably winning they’ve killed major leadership across multiple Iranian proxies. I think Ukraine is still questionable how that’ll turn out but that’s not my point my point is the U.S. is winning. That’s not an argument man is a political animal because of that we should have state propaganda? that doesn’t logically follow. Yeah that’s why I mentioned the 1920s how did it undermine the American ethos?

Also Israel bombed Iran unopposed and is on its way to fully occupy Gaza they are undeniably winning.

The state’s primary function isn’t to promote virtue the state’s primary function is to promote a greater quality of life for the general population that’s the entire basis of social contract theory

Israel has been bogged down in Gaza, while Hamas was able to refill its numbers. From an attritional POV, Ukraine is fighting at an unsustainable rate, they don’t have the manpower. America is the product of Anglo-Saxon civilization and Protestant religion. If that’s undermined, then to be an American is to be a cog in a machine.

Greater quality of life is subjective and there are variations of Social Contract Theory. The current government for about 60 years at least has not been able to provide the greater good to society.

I like how you’re applying different logic to the two conflict so it makes sense in your head. Why isn’t Russia bogged down in Ukraine? Why isn’t Gaza fighting at an unsustainable rate? You’re contradicting yourself unintentionally which is pretty funny.

Russia isn’t bogged down, they have been making gains since October of 2022. Israel is bogged down, have of their casualties have been reservists and they are having recruitment troubles. Russia still has a good supply of men, Ukraine does not.

Having recruitment troubles does not make you bogged down, the only reason Israel hasn’t built a mar a lago in Gaza yet is because if they actually did what they were capable of even their most staunch supporters would recognize it as an act of genocide

That’s such dumbed down narrative of America and it’s just a false dichotomy Americans don’t see themselves as Anglo saxons they see themselves as Americans. That’s bc being an American is meaningfully different. As someone who’s lived here their entire life I can say I have more in common with a dude whose family is from Mexico and has grown up here than I would with someone who’s from Liverpool. That’s bc the cool thing about American is we can assimilate different types of people.

For example Irish immigrants were treated awfully here now they’re fully under the white category for every American that’s bc we assimilated them.

And Russia used to be outside of Kiev, I think the assumption that Russians want to fight in Ukraine as much as Ukrainians don’t want to be apart of Russia is also just not true. Israeli casualties are in the thousands they have a force of over half a million. Again the fact we’re not using the same “nutrition” logic for this conflict is silly.
