She came back recently from maternity leave and the departure is apparently to spend more time with her kids (the one she had with the oil tycoon guy that’s old enough to be her grandfather) It mighttt be about the catering truck escape thing since a lot of the press are pissed about their lives being put at risk, but that’s circumstantial rn

My best guess is it’s partially bc of the press pushback to the truck plus she just wants off a clearly sinking ship before she’s implicated for something or put in harm’s way (like those reporters on AF1)
