How would YOU propose to deal with an emerging viral pandemic with no vaccine, no good treatments.. it did actually kill a lot of people. I know that germs are such an annoyance to libertarian ideology which has no good answers and that being asked not to spread them is an intolerable imposition on your god given right to cough on people.
