“Legally wrong” doesn’t matter nearly as much as morally wrong. The law is not immutable, it is designed to be altered and expanded upon to address systemic errors and improve upon itself over time. Correct. The law of un documentation being a civil offense reflects how society would deem it minimal, yet the punishment being doled out for it is incredibly severe. In case you haven’t pieced it together, that is the issue here. The punishment doesn’t match the severity of the crime.
You can vote for or be in a group of people and still recognize that that group of people is not perfect and has their own flaws too. I’m not an extremist to blindly follow either candidate or idolize them. If you don’t understand that, then you are just as ignorant as the people you fight against
