The flight simply got delayed. Not cancelled. If if it got canceled they will rebook them free of charge. This isn’t changing that

Even having a single flight delayed can really impact your plans especially if you’ve booked other flights or lodging etc. Airlines should be held accountable and be incentivized to carry out their commitments
