Or u just don’t know history. Colonialism is PARTIALLY the reason these countries are underdeveloped. Colonialism has long impactful consequences.

The British raj ended in 1945 and succeeded the company raj, which lasted from 1765 until 1858. All in all the British were in India for 180 years, and were in India as recently as 80 years ago.
