Cracks are starting to show but there’s enough fear of layoffs and hiring freezes to prevent senior devs from job switching all the time again, when that starts it’ll be chaos

That’s true. We’re still in a hiring and firing freeze kinda. Employers don’t want to look at the job market right niw

I think once investors are willing to admit they got scammed on AI they’ll be trying to hire up junior devs, problem is it’s going to take a few more months for the bubble to pop
