Yknow i feel like the “guns aren’t the problem, crazy people are” group should be more for gun control to work at keeping them out of the hands of crazy people. Am i missing something?

Lemmie explains something to you. A car can be lethal, right? It’s a two-ton killing machine, or it can be just a mode of transportation. It depends on the responsibility of the individual. It’s how YOU use it. You are in control, others are in control. Yes, I believe we should have stricter laws, but laws and bans only get you so far. Laws and bans restrict the LEGAL sale and commerce of guns, not the illegal sale and commerce of guns. You can do anything illegally. -A criminal justice major.

Ok so yes you believe we should have stricter laws. I know that won’t solve everything, esp in this country. But you could say that about most things

My point still stands. I learned to shoot at 15 with 8 other teens, three adults (two military), and a dog in the backwoods of South Carolina. We were all taught discipline and weapon safety. Nobody got hurt. It’s a choice to wrongfully use a weapon. Always learned that you never point a weapon at something you don’t intend to shoot.
