You are approaching it as a random act of violence, an outlet for rage It wasn’t a random choice, Kirk was very important as a leader for the next generation of conservatives and he had the ear of Trump and delivered for him a MAGA youth that was devoted to the cause. Kill him to break that chain and it harms the Right in general
