Saying undocumented immigrants have no due process rights is essentially saying you have no due process rights. Because all it takes is ICE saying you're here illegally and we're taking you away and it's game over.

No because I’m a citizen and that’s incredibly easy to prove and that’s the whole point of rights in regards to the government.

My brother in Christ you're missing the entire point. You've been arrested no access to your birth records or social security. Also you have no due process which means you have no way of proving your legality.

Yes because the legal system is still in place to protect citizens, the whole point of having rights. Which is why 0 innocent citizens have ever been deported under Trump’s administration.

Do you just live in your own world? Did you miss the Supreme Court ruling about Garcia? American citizen have absolutely been taken and sometimes deported by ICE and the Trump administration

If there is no due process there is quite literally no legal process. It's why the constitution grants due process rights to everyone
