Right. And the prosecutor fucked up, badly. But what one individual does, who isn’t even elected, isn’t representative of an entire group’s stance. There isn’t a group chat where every single liberal decided to skip the court hearing.

Have you heard of Kim Gardner? I mean it’s one thing to want to reform people but for a prosecutors office to just flat out not show up forcing a dismissal of charges is absolutely insane.

Kim Gardner resigned, partially because of pressure from other politicians like the democratic mayor… I’m not saying it’s not fucked up, I’m saying you’re being reductive.

Okay, yes. But we still didn’t agree as a whole to let him skip the hearings. It’s a terrible situation but it’s one guys shortcomings and he again isn’t an elected official. He’s just one random guy
