well he’s not following the 1st, 5th, or 14th amendment, just off the top of my head there is probably more. i’m well aware of how amendments work but the president isn’t.

when did i claim to be a legal scholar? i am just stating the FACT that trump has disregarded those amendments currently. it’s a fact that he eliminated due process, it’s a fact that media reporters are being shot at, it’s a fact that he doesn’t know if he took an oath to uphold the constitution (news flash: he did)
