I don’t think people realize the goal of the Texas redistricting is just one step in a plan to achieve a GOP super-majority to cause a constitutional convention to allow Trump to run for a third term

well i dont think they can get a supermajority its moreso to protect their narrow majority

Texas is just the first state to attempt it. Project 2025 laid out this second administration to a T and calls for other states to do the same thing

If all red states redistricted to allow for 5-10 more representatives per state they absolutely would be able to achieve a 2/3rd majority

i really only really only see texas florida and ohio having enough seats to do this and maybe virginia and gerogia too
