German leaders were tired during the Nuremberg trials for the heinous war crimes they committed. Why isn’t Netanyahu being tried for bombing/shooting innocent women and children, and targeting aid shipments? Those clearly go against the Geneva convention.

Cause the UN hasn’t caught him. That’s basically it. He’s literally wanted by the UN for that stuff like if he steps foot in France or Germany or smth rn he will be arrested.

as long as he only visits countries which will not extradite him, he is safe. the moment he enters a country that will extradite him, he will be extradited and arrested.

Makes sense. I just read about the ICC and he’s wanted, so he isn’t stepping foot in any “states” that are part of the ICC. Funny enough, the U.S. withdrew from the ICC.

The US has a law that allows military action if an American or major ally ends up in the ICC. The American Service-Members’ Protection Act (aka The Hague Invasion Act)
