Blue governors need to figure out how they can block these sales or deny building permits. It’s unusual but necessary, and I think Josh Shapiro is trying to do it

Shapiro is definitely trying. Berks County and Lehigh Valley officials are also trying. Philadelphians are out every week protesting.
