the FCC usually doesn’t allow discussion of hard drugs like that on prime time network programs and he was talking about coke in spanish

FCC indecency rules actually only outline obscenity, indecency, and profanity. Drugs and alcohol are not explicitly mentioned. People have always wanted fines, you can view the complaints that the FCC files for like every halftime show. The FCC has only attempted to fine CBS for 2004 Justin Timberlake/Janet Jackson nip slip, but that was overturned. They have never officially fined a halftime show. Bad Bunny’s show had the same censorship for profanity/explicit content that any other show would
