Yes, there should be consequences. Honestly, the US is heavily enabling Israel, and I’m not saying that solely because of the administration or whatever. The US has voted against ceasefires in the UN councils (international orgs), has provided funding/arms, supported their leader, and Trump has gaffed about turning Gaza into a resort. Israel is blocking aid. Other countries aren’t sending in the troops, don’t want the problem to get worse (even though nothing is changing), etc. Infuriating
