Fascists have the law on their side to justify their actions, which Trump has in this case. The INA, which is technically legal, is being used to terrorize immigrant communities by detaining people without due process (even legal immigrants). Their motivation? That immigrants are “poisoning the blood” of our nation. So yes, enforcing the IRA in this way is fascist
