this isnt new but our government, whole country would collapse. for a lot of people in our country, it means seeing the president and administration they voted to bring traditionalist values back collapse. lose power. influence vanish. which is a more primary concern than the whole country and government imploding.

as for the lack of protests? well, at least two reasons: 1) we've militarized our police. theyre an army. they have no reason to hold back and have shown that much. 2) everyone loses more than they gain with this. you protest and it doesnt go your way? arrested or surveillance state caught you on camera, you could lose your job, your home, everything. things do pan out in the direction of justice? country collapses, economy breaks down, you lose everything. doesnt really matter who you are
