Actually the courts held it was legal in 1989 after we did the same thing to Panamanian dictator Manuel Noriega

Maduro was arrested illegally and should be set free. It is illegal to persecute someone illegally detained. Hopefully the judge in charge of this case gets it right.

Panama declared war on us, which changed the legality of the invasion This is absolutely not at all the same thing as the capture of Noriega
