I think all school children should be provided free lunch and breakfast because they are our future and in order to learn to their full potential they need to have a filling meal

True but there are ways to go about it that wouldn’t cost people much like reducing food waste, or putting a small tax on ultra processed foods, or taxing the ultra wealthy to pay for it. Plus before private property became a thing, people could just get their own food from the land. Its like people are gatekeeping food or something

I already pay for corrupt politicians and bureaucratic incompetence. I’m more than willing to pay for kids to have food at an institution they are legally required to attend.
