Iowa seems like the most neutral place in the world to me as an outsider so it’s a funny concept that people from there feel so strongly about it

It’s mainly bc there’s basically nothing to do and nothing ever changes so after years of living there you start to mentally snap

Im not from there but I went to Des Moines once to tour Drake and I thought it was the most boring city/college ever

Basically. Like I said, Iowa City is the only good part of the state. Maybeeee if you want to push it you can throw in the cedar valley area but that’s pushing it

Depending on how it shifts politically, prob Wisconsin. If not then probably Illinois or Minnesota. I like the Midwest, but I don’t really like conservatives lol. It’s a problem
