Yeah idk why they’re bitching like they don’t need the extra people, although I do agree with the sentiment that immigrants should feel obligated to assimilate into whatever nation they’re in to a certain degree, overall better for civil stability

I mean yeah, to the extent that they give up ideas like theocracy and “honor killings”. But other aspects of their culture are part of who they are, and not something they should have to give up to fit in
