Section 1, Clause 1 "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside" that is prettyyy fucking obvious

because the president made an executive order that contradicted the constitution. even if it is very readily apparent and obvious that the us v wong kim ark decision applies to children of illegal immigrants, they still hold arguments on it because there is a process to precedence. you do not understand how the constitution works
