I think the “presidential immunity” is something that is a new interpretation of the constitution. No courts before presumed that was the case.

Certainly there have been other evil presidents like Jackson who just ignored the Supreme Court to do more genocide. But I don’t know if there’s ever been a president like. This incompetent and evil I guess?
