I’m saying that George Floyd helped bring attention to it and many people in 2015 were still using racial dogwhistles widely as someone who grew up around the LGBTQ community I know this myself

Also back then people in 2015 thought that overpolicing was good and didn’t use community violence intervention and recently homicide rates are at their lowest levels since 1955
