I’m not anti semitic, and I don’t think Israel represents Jewish people. Unfortunately though, the majority of Jewish people seem to support Israel’s fascist psychopathic actions and some say some really batshit things. Like a girl I grew up with was posting about joining the idf, maybe that’s normal in their community, but it’s definitely not healthy or morally acceptable imo. Ig I’m just sad that so many people from a group I’ve otherwise had good interactions with can be so brainwashed

And so that gives you permission to generalize? I can say the exact same thing about patriots of our fascist empire, but I know the majority of Americans are not explicitly imperialist. They're conditioned through generations of propaganda and historical sanitization that paints colonial harm as righteous or virtuous, so they don't see it for what it truly is. That's a systemic issue not an individual one.
